I apologize this didn’t get posted sooner! Last night was later with deliveries than planned and then technology was against me. Today I had wonderful nap time plans to post with lots of pictures and links for recipes but nap time did not agree. So for now here is the list from this weeks CSA bin and I will update it hopefully soon. – 2 pie pumpkins (Our farmer says: ‘some people will get the netted variety “Winter Luxury”, and/or the heirloom “Long Pie” – the latter of which is oblong, and continues to ripen in storage. Keep an eye on them, and when they’re completely orange they’re ready to make the best pumpkin concoctions with ever!’)

– 2 squash
– 2 large Spanish onions
– 2 storage onions (mixed yellow and red)
– 6 lbs potatoes
– 1 head cabbage -OR- 1 stem brussels sprouts (9 of each)
– 14 carrots
– 5 beets (mix of round red, golden, and cylindra)
– 1 bunch kale -OR- 1 bunch chard
– bunch bok choy -AND/OR- winter radish (mixed green meat and watermelon) -AND/OR- salad turnips (hakurei and scarlet queen red stems)
– 1 bag spinach
– 1 bag mesculun salad mix
-herbs: dill and cilantro
